The mission of NPCA at USC Mann is to encourage, foster, and recognize an interest in community pharmacy ownership and entrepreneurship among future leaders of the profession. We are excited and proud to offer many opportunities for students to explore the many career paths within community pharmacy, such as a Community and Ambulatory Care Residency Panel, APO Wine & Cheese Night, Legislative Day, a Compounding Workshop, Health Fairs, and more.

The purpose of the National Community Pharmacy Association at the University of Southern California (NCPA at USC Mann) student chapter is to provide a forum for pharmacy students to learn about the many career opportunities available in community pharmacy practice. We believe that community pharmacy is at the cutting edge of exciting areas in pharmacy such as specialty drugs, ambulatory care, disease state management, medication therapy management, travel medicine, compounding, and entrepreneurship. It is our mission to prepare pharmacy students to become professionals who provide and promote exceptional pharmaceutical care in an independent practice setting, while promoting the growth and prosperity of independent community pharmacy practice in the United States.
